		<description>Of course, one of the main challenges of networking is time - and recollection.  I completely agree with what you say in your post - one must nurture one&#039;s network.  And to do that, you&#039;ve got to spend time calling, e-mailing, reading their blogs, etc.  But it&#039;s impossible to keep up with an ever-growing circle of people.  This is why recollection may be the second important component of good networking (after time.)  If you have a good memory (or a good system) you can recall who works with whom, for whom, and in which field, which helps immensely when trying to make the connections that forge a good network.
