		<description>P-A-R is similar to McKinsey&#039;s &quot;situation-complication-question&quot; methodology.  This is solid advice for interviewing (after all, McKinsey&#039;s basically the industry standard for management consultants).
I&#039;d also emphasize the SHORT response.  And don&#039;t start your response with &quot;um&quot;.  You just sound dUMb.
