		<description>I certainly feel better after reading about the &quot;neutral zone.&quot;  I did not rush to find another job just so that I had one.  Many people I know are surprised that I didn&#039;t try to just find something quickly.  But by doing that, I thought I&#039;d end up back in the same unhappy position within a year.  With the right amount of energy and the help of someone who can guide me, I know I&#039;ll get the right job.  Not just a job.
