I did not rush to find another job just so that I had one. Many people I know are surprised that I didn't try to just find something quickly. But by doing that, I thought I'd end up back in the same unhappy position within a year. With the right amount of energy and the help of someone who can guide me, I know I'll get the right job. Not just a job. I certainly feel better after reading about the “neutral zone.” I did not rush to find another job just so that I had one.
